Suppose you want to make a Christmas song, keep a copy and send it to someone who has neither app. Start with the same brief in each:

A warm Christmas song about Sam arriving home on a late train. Mum has kept a plate in the oven. Acoustic guitar, brushed drums and light sleigh bells, with a clear sung chorus.

In Hitz AI, make the song in the main app using Describe song on a supported model. To control the wording, generate and edit lyrics first or supply your own. When a song is complete, download its MP3 to Files and send that file. The Christmas song guide includes an original lyric you can adapt.

In ElevenMusic, start a new song from your brief in the song-description box. Its site also offers studio tools. Before downloading, check whether the result is a new song or an adaptation of an existing track, because their terms differ.

A name or family detail is easier to check in text before generating music. In Hitz AI, Generate lyrics produces an editable draft, and the option for your own lyrics accepts words you supply. Describe song handles the words and style together on models that support it.

Use the lyric-writing guide if you need help replacing a generic line. A supplied lyric gives the model words to work from; listen to the finished performance to check what it actually sang.

ElevenMusic's terms distinguish New Songs made from inputs that do not reference uploaded music or another user's identity from Adaptations such as remixes and covers. Section 1 permits new songs to leave the service under its conditions. It keeps adaptations inside ElevenMusic and prohibits downloading or distributing them elsewhere.

For the family-song task, start with your own description and words. Do not assume a remix you can play in the feed is a file you can take away.

Hitz AI's download action saves the completed MP3 to Files. It does not add a per-download charge. Creating another version can spend generation credits; check the amount shown before generating. Back up a file you want to retain before deleting the app.

Under ElevenMusic's section 1, commercial use of a new song made on Free requires a reasonably prominent Made with ElevenMusic credit. New songs made on Pro can be used commercially without that attribution, and release through digital streaming services is limited to songs created on Pro. The plan at creation matters.

Hitz AI's section 7 permits commercial use of generated output subject to its conditions, including rights in the material you put in. Its terms do not guarantee a unique result or freedom from infringement. Contractual permission is not a guarantee of copyright protection or acceptance by another platform.

For either app, check the generation allowance, which files you can export and the permissions attached to the result you want. A download limit and a song-generation allowance measure different things.
